Technology enables progress
At ITQ, we use innovative technology to help our customers win their competitive battles and stay ahead of the competition. But WHY are we doing this? We believe moving towards a fast-changing future means focusing on disruptive innovation and being an enabler for change. Technology enables progress. We love to peek into the future and explore innovative, creative and near-future technology.
But HOW do we do this? We implement the known and explore the unknown. Our knowledge is without any doubt our most important asset. Therefore, ITQ invests heavily in knowledge, making sure we are on the forefront of technological development. WHAT we do is deliver professional services for the VMware ecosystem virtualization technology and in the end, the digital revolution.
Digital revolution means you should keep pace with disruptive technologies. In the previous newsletters, I mentioned “speed is the new currency”. Therefore, we decided over a year ago to support our customers making their strategic IT choices and we created our IT Transformation Services. By now, this approach has proven itself with a large number of customers, because a change towards disruptive technology triggers the need for a plan. A plan which defines the WHY behind your need to transform, but also WHAT and HOW. A broadly, company-based plan is the foundation of all your future projects and changes.
Our goal is to complete projects successful. Sure enough. But we don’t want to leave you with ‘just another new technology in your Data Center’. We want our projects to be based on a solid IT strategy, while making sure this strategy is effectively translated to sustain your business goals.

ITQ and Pivotal announce their official partnership
At the end of 2015, we decided to launch our Cloud-Native Applications team to focus in what we think is the next thing after the Virtual Machine and automation of processes. Today we are excited to announce that we will take that focus further and become official partners with Pivotal.

On the 18th of January 2017, VMware Netherlands hosted the annual New Years Partner Event, to thank partners for their effort in helping VMware to become the best in class. VMware awarded a small selection of
partners that made a real difference. Because of our efforts in the past year, we were nominated for 3 awards: “Most Committed Partner of the Year”, “Best success story of the year” and “Champion of the Year” for Johan van Amersfoort. We took 2 awards to Wijk aan Zee!
